Dear Mr. Smith,
This is Sam, one of the tenants at your property on East River Road. I am writing to complain about the water system in the arpartment where several water leakage points are found and it has caused great inconvenience to my life.
Last month, when I came back from my trip, I noticed that there were a lot of water on the floor in the bathroom. It seemed that the pipes in the wall were leaking. Also, these leakages were found to be prominent after using the shower. Water leaked from the pipes caused major damage to the sofa sets, bed and my computer table. Other items made from wood also got damaged severely.
Although I have consulted a plumber to fix the problem, he failed to find out the root cause and suggested me to find someone else. That is why I would like you to find an experienced plumber and send him here to solve the problem as soon as possible.
