01 because

06 lead to

释义把…带到; 领到; (道路)通向; 导致
举个例子：
在剑5 Test 1 Passage 1有一题判断题是这么说的：“The growing importance of the middle classes led to an increased demand for dictionaries”
在这句话里面我们快速就能找到因果关系词“lead to”(文中用了过去式)据此我们判断出该句话的因果关系为中产阶级的兴盛导致(lead to)了字典的兴盛。那接下来我们要做的就是定位到原位中去比对因果关系是否属实。原文中是这么说的“the rise of dictionaries is associated with the rise of the English middle class”。乍一看，是不是没有看到因果关系词，但是(敲黑板)在这里要注意“A be associated with B”这个表达方法，直译为“A被和B相联系”表示被动，可以理解为A被B产生，也就是说B产生了A，自然，B也就是A的原因。显然，原文隐晦的表达了中产阶级的兴盛产生了字典的兴盛这一观点。该判断题为TRUE。很多同学会在这道题选择NOT GIVING，因为没有注意到“A be associated with B”这一隐晦的因果关系。
