Version A → Describe a time when you had a problem with a piece of equipment (eg. a TV or a washing machine)
You should say:
what equipment it is
what problem you had
when you had this problem
and explain what you did about this problem.
Version B → Describe a broken electronic item (eg. TV)
You should say:
what it is
when it was broken
how you dealt with the problem
and explain how you felt when it was broken.
